Every Supportive Action Makes the Foundation of Chicago Urban Art Retreat Center Stronger

Thank You for Checking Out Our Main Support Page!

As a reminder, Chicago Urban Art Retreat Center (CUARC) is a volunteer-run nonprofit organization that uses funds for art supplies, needed community programs, discussions, workshops, and gallery space. Every month, CUARC is leading programs that will serve a diverse crowd such as the youth, artists, students, and those in the local Chicago neighborhood. This nonprofit is special because it reaches out to the greater United States and internationally.

You can count on us to always have volunteer and internship positions open for those that are interested in gaining new skills. Thus, the people helping to run CUARC are dedicated individuals who are trained to be very supportive but committed to the hours they put in. Please take a moment to shop or donate to CUARC for every dollar can go a long way here.

New art will be displayed in the shopping section of our support page very shortly. This original art is from past artists and recent shows that can be bought right on the website and all of these items can be packed and shipped right to you. Funds from this will also support CUARC. We thank you so much for the support you lend us toward the future of this organization.

We are looking forward to keeping you informed on new innovations that will come from your generosity. Please contact us for a monthly newsletter for new shows, fundraising events, and volunteer opportunities. Thanks again and looking forward to hearing from you!

Ways to Donate

Ramp Project/Accessibility Initiative

Please consider donating to help us with our expenses for our accessibility project. If this is your first time donating to us, we encourage you to become a fundraiser. We also encourage you to sign up for our newsletter for updates on the project, become a volunteer, or become an annual supporter through your purchase of a membership. Thank you for your support!

We are raising money to build a “U” shaped ramp from the gate near the street up to the door of the building. This is part of a bigger accessibility initiative so that we all can have access to art and the gallery.
