Rates and Amenities for Women’s Residence
Room Rates
We offer nightly and monthly rates. The nightly rate is $45 for one woman and $55 for two women per room. The monthly rate is $600 for one woman and $700 for two women. We ask that payment be made to Chicago Urban Art Retreat Center in advance when you confirm your arrival date. Your room will be reserved only after payment has been received. Women staying for more than one month are required to provide a security deposit equal to one month’s rent. As a resident, you will be given house keys so you may come and go as you please. Checkout time is 11 a.m. on your day of departure.

Payment Methods
We accept payments by check, money order, traveler’s cheques, and via PayPal. PayPal is one of the safest, easiest, and most widely used secure online payment methods. Setting up an account takes two minutes. Signing up is free and there are no monthly fees or extra charges. You only give them your financial information once.
Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable. However, should you need to cancel or shorten your stay, we will gladly give you full credit toward a future reservation for you or someone else.
